What can I say about Mr. Lawrence. I worked with John and his amazing team for almost a year. He guided me in every way possible. Single mom of 3 and he made my dreams come true by owning my own home ALONE!!!. Not just a home but a BRAND NEW BUILD. YES, we had hiccups and I fail out of escrow at no fault of neither one of us because of a builder that canceled on us/ME without warning. When I gave up he didn’t give up on me. When I lost faith he kept the faith for me. I gave up many times and wanted to quit and he didn't let me. I can say that I could have not done this without John and his team. When me and my husband started the process to find a house before John I could never find anyone who would walk us through the whole process. John has been there for us the entire way. He has beyond exceeded my expectations. He walked us through getting our credit together, to debt to income, to finding the loan.
